PaintVision – Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging in any business or services with PaintVision, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms apply to all aspects of our event planning and management services.

2. Event Booking and Confirmation

2.1 To book an event with PaintVision, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit are required.

2.2 Event dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the signed contract and deposit.

2.3 Confirmation of the event details and any changes must be made in writing.

3. Payment and Cancellation

3.1 Full payment is due before the commencement of the event unless otherwise specified in the contract.

3.2 In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.

3.3 Cancellation within 30 days of the event will result in a 50% charge of the total contract value.

3.4 Cancellation within 14 days of the event will result in a 100% charge of the total contract value.

4.Client Responsibilities

4.1 The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses for the event.

4.2 The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information to PaintVision for event planning purposes.

4.3 The client is responsible for any additional costs incurred due to changes or delays caused by the client.

5. PaintVision Responsibilities

5.1 PaintVision will provide event planning and management services as outlined in the contract.

5.2 PaintVision is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, such as weather conditions, venue-related issues, or third-party service providers.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events, PaintVision reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. PaintVision will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact on the client.

7. Liability

PaintVision is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during the event unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8.Changes to Terms and Conditions

PaintVision reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the updated terms will apply to future engagements.

By engaging in business with PaintVision Events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
